Five promises
If we break one of these, you can hold us to it in writing, and we will publish what happened.
The rules that apply to your challenge are the rules published the day you paid. We never change them mid-run.
Every breach gets a written reason and the pick-by-pick record behind it. You can contest any of them.
We publish the pass rate even when it is low, because a pass rate that looks easy is usually a lie.
No deposits, ever. You cannot lose money you did not choose to spend on an entry fee.
Payout requests are never gated behind a sales call, an upsell, or a minimum balance.
