Full refund if you request within 24 hours of purchase and no picks have been placed.
Started evaluations
Non-refundable once a pick is placed, a rule is breached, or the challenge fails/passes — except where required by law.
Technical issues
If a platform outage prevents you from using an evaluation, contact support within 7 days for a reset, extension, or credit.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account closure.
