1. Who operates Pickd
Pickd ("Pickd", "we", "us") is operated by Mosco Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using the Pickd workspace, website, or challenge products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. What Pickd is
Pickd offers skill-based sports evaluation challenges using simulated balances. Pickd is not a sportsbook, casino, or real-money gambling operator. No wagers are placed with real money, no odds are offered as gambling products, and virtual balances have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as winnings.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use Pickd. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. One person may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions, evaluations, or referral programs. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, collusion, botting, or circumvention of challenge rules.
5. Challenges and simulated balances
Challenge fees purchase access to an evaluation, not a deposit or wager. All balances, picks, and payouts shown in evaluation are simulated. Passing an evaluation does not guarantee a funded account, employment, or any payment — funded eligibility is subject to verification (KYC), consistency rules, and review.
6. Challenge rules
Profit targets, loss limits, stake sizing, eligible odds, minimum days, and consistency rules are defined in the Challenge Rules (/app/help) and form part of these Terms. Breaching a rule may end or fail an evaluation without refund.
7. Fees, refunds, and chargebacks
Fees are described at checkout and in our Refund Policy. All sales are final once an evaluation has started, except as required by law. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account termination.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, exploit bugs, share picks via automated syndicates, or interfere with the integrity of the platform or its data feeds.
9. Intellectual property
All Pickd branding, software, content, and data are owned by Mosco Holdings LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the workspace for personal, non-commercial evaluation purposes.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Pickd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosco Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time via Support.
